RETURN WINDOW
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
ITEM CONDITION
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags securely attached. We may refuse returns that show wear or don’t meet these conditions.
HOW TO RETURN
Email customercare@seym1.com for authorization and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
SHIPPING COST
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can’t be changed or canceled once placed. If you no longer wish to keep your order, request a return within 14 days of delivery.
What if my order is lost or missing?
If tracking hasn’t updated or your package hasn’t arrived, email customercare@seym1.com with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We’re unable to update the shipping address once an order is confirmed.
